Everyone is different

Well today I visited the gym I have done this for 2 months now after a 3 month break which

is what most of us do.

Do I feel guilty because I haven’t been yes of course I do I make so many promises to

myself start with great intentions then fail as we have all done at some time.

The point is I have got myself refocused and restarted with great enthusiasm again

will I fail I hope not but if I do I will move forward and start again.

That is what will make you different don’t hate what you haven’t yet failed at do not talk yourself out of having a go. You will of heard the words it’s better to of tried and failed than

to of never tried at all and it’s true push yourself mentally to try things that you don’t feel comfortable with thought fear of not being able to do it.Or because you believe some one

may make fun of you.

Find the strength to be that someone different to who you think you are and be who you

want to be not what others expect you to be
